00:00A small country of 7 million people has been a neutral nation since the Geneva Agreement of 1954,

00:07an agreement incidentally which was signed by the government of North Vietnam.

00:12American policy since then has been to scrupulously respect the neutrality of the Cambodian people.

00:31The administration of Mr. Nixon did start what was known as the secret bombing of Cambodia.

00:39Obviously it was secret maybe in the United States, but it was a secret to the people in Cambodia who were the victims.

01:00How many people got bombed out of Cambodia?

01:03Well, none of them.

01:43that there were 15 months of bombing Cambodia previous to your statement,

01:48whether you owe an apology to the American people.

01:51Certainly not, and certainly not to the Cambodians.
