Clinton Responds to Brussels Terror Attacks During Stanford Speech

In the wake of the deadly bombings in Brussels, Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton delivered a speech on counterterrorism at Stanford University in California, Wednesday. Speaking at the university's Bechtel Conference Center, Clinton said that Brussels was "a brutal reminder that our fight against ISIS and radical Jihadist terrorism is far from finished".
