Arvind Subramanian, Chief Economic Advisor, Government of India stressed upon the fact that in the last one-and-a-half years, there has been a tremendous opening up of FDI in the country, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, former Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission, pointed out that if it is a private sector-led growth, we will need to improve conditions for the private sector to invest.
