How To Write a Resume
Dear reader, if we talk about How to write a Resume so before write anything about this subject, I tell you what is mean by the resume. Resume is our job profession summary where we write our all details related to our job profession. But there are two part of resume- 1st is resume and 2nd is cv. Resume is one or two page short summary of our professional details and cv is more then two page brief description of our professional details. Both meaning is same but then also some people say “resume” and some say “cv”. When we go for How to write a Resume we should consider all the points in a effective sequence so that each point should be cleared and interesting for the resume reader. from the beginning According the resume writing sequence we should make our resume like- 1 -Full name, Contact Number, Alternate Contact Number, Current e-Mail Address, Professional Website Details [ if any ]

2 Current Home Address- write your present and current home address of that city, in which city you want to get your desire job, not where you live and where you belong to and where you were born. Because while reading your resume HR Manager think deeply if they hire you, then how much time you will spend in your travel [ from home to company ] and how much time you will work in company. That’s why your present home address should be local address of that city in which you want to get your job.

3 Job Objective- In this column there are three points which is very important to write in resume-
1 firstly You must write about your Career Interest.
2 then Describe the work environment which you like most.
3 then write In which Organization you want to work.

4 Work Experience-
If really you want to know How To Write a Resume so I tell you this is the most important part of your resume because every HR manager has a huge interest in your past work experience. They want to know how much you are qualified and able for his company work profile. So please write to your each point related to your past work experience very carefully like- last company name, last company work profile, company location, your designation was there, your working area, your past job time duration, your last salary package etc.

5 Educational Qualification- This is the educational department of your resume so while making the resume please please write your Education Details with College Name, University Name, Passing Year, Marks Percentage and Grade Division in the Sequence given below-
1 Describe your Professional Degree [ if you have ]
2 Details of Post Graduation [ if you have done ]
3 Details of Graduation [ if you have done ]
4 Details of 12th, Details of 10th

6 Projects & Training-
This area tell to the HR manager you have done the basic Training and Projects also related to your Job Profession, Which make a positive Thinking in the mind of HR Manager. So please write about your projects and training in the Sequence below.[ if you have done]
1 Write the Details of your Project Report with the Title Name & Complete Description.
2 Write the Details of Industrial Training during your Graduation and Post Graduation,
3 Describe the Industries Name with location.
4 Tell about Total time period of your Industrial Training.
5 in the last If you have got any certificate from your Industrial Training so please mention it.

7 Achievement-
While writing this area you should give the description of your any Achievement & Awards which you have won in your School Time, In any Competition, In Sports, In any Cultural Program or In any other Activity also, Because this area tell to the HR Manager how much you are active and talented in other field also. Which make a good impression on the HR Manager.

8 Extra Knowledge-
Apart your educational and professional details if you have any other subject knowledge so please write here because it attract to the HR Manager Immediate towards you like-
1- Basic Computer Knowledge, Typing speed 30+
2- Good knowledge of Car & Bike Driving.
3- Good knowledge of French, English Language.
I have my Personal Laptop, Car or Bike to which I can use in my Job Profession.

9 Personal Details-
When you write your personal details in your resume so please write according the sequence as-
Name- sex- date of birth- father’s name- permanent address- Contact Details- Nationality- Marital Status- Language Known-
