Footage of the 'Door to Hell' still burning strong in Turkmenistan

Awesome footage of the famous burning gas crater in Derweze, Turkmenistan, known as the Door to Hell.
The video, filmed a couple of years ago, shows the fiery hole in the ground which was created in 1971.
It was created when the natural gas field there collapsed into an underground cavern. Scientists set the whole thing on fire to prevent the spread of methane gas and it has been burning continuously ever since.
