Jack Montague, the former captain of the Yale basketball team, was expelled three months prior to graduation this year due to a sexual assault allegation and plans to sue the school. According to a statement by his attorney, Montague was in a relationship with the woman and that the assault allegations revolve around the last few encounters the two had as a couple in late 2014. The woman claims she did not consent, but Montague claims she did and even returned to his room to spend the night.
