Raw video of the incident involving Vhong, Deniece and Cedric Lee

CCTV footage from Deniece Cornejo's condo shows Vhong Navarro tied-up and being escorted by Cedric Lee and his companions to file a blotter report at the SPD-DIDMS last January 22 re: alleged attempted rape incident. The raw video was presented by the NBI as part of the case filed by Navarro, which Cornejo answered with a counter charges.
