BUN KABAB

Maheraz Cooking ka mashoor SPECIAL BUN KABAB :)
for bun kababs :
burger bun 1 pack
green chatni 1 cup
tomato ketchup 1 cup
chat masala 2 tbsp
onion sliced
cucumber 1 sliced
tomato 1 round sliced
eggs 2 for coating
eggs 2 for omlette

ingredients for dal ka kabab:
chana daal 2 cups
salt 1.5 tbsp
turmeric 1 tsp
red chili pwd 1 tbsp
crushed red chili 1 tbsp
garam masala pwd 1 tbsp
khatai pwd 1 tbsp
dry roasted and crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
finest chopped onion 1 large
green chilies 4,5 chopped finely
coriander 1/2 bunch fine chopped
mint 1/2 bunch fine chopped
bread slices 4 soaked in water then squeeze all water and add in it.

METHOD:
chana daal
boil chana dal 100 %with salt and turmeric
drain all water and keep it a side in a strainer.
then put it in the chopper and add all spices,tamarind pulp,bread slices and make a mixture .
then put it in a bowl and add green chilies,coriander,mint and squeezed onion in it.
mix and make kababs.
if you find your mixture slightly lose to make kababs add 2 bread slices in crumbs formor 2 tbsp corn flour.
now beat 2 eggs till fluffy or foamy.
dip kabab in it and shallow fry.
place in a plate.
now make simple omlette with a pinch of salt and pepper.
divide it in 4 portions.
now assemble bun kabab.
first put buns in a frying pan without oil and give them a nice golden color.
then spread chatni on the bottom part.
then ketchup.
put kabab and add onion.
put 1 portion of omlette and sprinkle chat masala on it.
then place 1 tomato slice and 2 cucumber slices.
spread some chatni on 2nd part of bun and put it on the other side.
cut in to two with a serrated knife.
serve with chatni and ketchup.
add 1 cup chopped cabbage in 1 cup plan mayonnise ,mix and serve it with bun kababs.
