Bizarre footage has emerged from Dubai of man sitting in a shopping trolley and trying to push himself through floodwater towards his car.

The video, filmed this week during a torrential downpour, shows the man trying to use his body weight to shake the trolley towards the car park, but he doesn't seem to be having much luck.
