Tollywood filmmakers have introduced many foreign beauties. While most of the starlets were roped in only for glamour exhibition, the makers of Nagarjuna, Karthi and Tamannah Bhatia starrer Oopiri (Thozha in Tamil) have a reason for zeroing in the foreign talent Gabriella Demetriades in their film.
