Angara to LGUs: No excuses in giving late class suspension advisory

Aurora Representative Juan Edgardo "Sonny" Angara urged local officials to speed-up the fixing of systems to declare class suspensions, saying in the age of new technology, local officials had no excuse for their late declarations.
