BRIBERY RAPS DISPUTED Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma disputes allegation that Malacañang bribed members of the House of Representatives to vote in favor of the reproductive health (RH) bill. In an interview on Radyo Inquirer 990AM Wednesday, Coloma said it is not the policy of the Aquino administration to pressure legislators to pass government-sponsored bills.
