I forgot to mention it in the video, but you'd want to use white as a base, it'll make the neons pop c;
Products used: - White: essie 'blanc' - Pink: claire's (I don't think it has a name cx) - Yellow: same as the pink :p - Basecoat: essie 'grow stronger' - Topcoat: essie 'good to go', opi 'matte topcoat - Black: striper (don't know the name) - A regular makeup sponge - Some tape - A flat brush and polish remover for cleanup
