The Fox or What the Fox say was made by Norwegian comedy duo Bård and Vegard Ylvisåker, as a promotion video for their upcoming new season of their talk show in Norway, I kveld med Ylvis (Tonight with Ylvis). They got the favour of working with Stargate to produce the song, after they themselves had done them a favour.
