The findings of an independent review of sexual abuse within the BBC has been revealed. The abuse spanning decades, carried out by on-air talents Jimmy Savile and Stuart Hall, has exposed a flawed culture where celebrities were treated with "kid gloves," which led to a culture of fear and impunity.
