Kesha has taken to Instagram to break her silence.
The singer posted a photo of herself and thanked her fans for supporting her following Friday's ruling denying her request for a temporary injunction releasing her from her contract with Sony.
The "Tik Tok" singer asked for the injunction as part of her lawsuit against music producer Dr. Luke who she claims abused her sexually, physically and emotionally during their working relationship.
Her case has also attracted the support of numerous fellow artists, with Lady Gaga among those reaching out on social media.
On Tuesday, a video surfaced of Kesha denying under oath that the producer ever made advances at her, but her lawyer says she was pressured into making the statement.
