The story behind this is even better.
Apparently the guy who gets hit with the pizza was making fun of the fact that the dude bought pizza at a ballpark. So the pop fly comes in and the guy with the pizza, opportunistically figures, "hey, he's knows what he's got coming," and here comes the pizza.
