"The Mouse Comes to Dinner" (fragment), is a May 5, 1945 American one-reel animated cartoon, the 18th Tom and Jerry short directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera and produced by Fred Quimby. Interesting facts: The external appearance of Toots borrowed from the episode "Puss n 'Toots", first with her participation. Toots and Jerry can to love one another, since they both loathe Tom. "Suppressor Wolves" is a reference to "Red Hot Riding Hood". In this series of Toots and Jerry won.
