Venezuela raises fuel prices for first time in 20 years

The Venezuelan President, Nicolas Maduro, has raised petrol prices for the first time in 20 years. The price rise of some 6,000 percent for premium fuel will still leave the cost of petrol among the lowest in the world. Also today: an Indian company says it's launched the world's cheapest smartphone.
