Aditya, a Delhi based engineer goes to Patna to attend a friend's wedding. There he sees Prachi and is instantly attracted to her. When he tries to send a letter to Prachi explaining his attraction, it inadvertently reaches her cousin Richa. Richa's family, who are extremely eager to get her married to an educated boy, read the letter and decide to kidnap Aditya and get him forcibly married to Richa.
