Saudi Arabia, Russia Agree on Oil Output Freeze

The world's top oil exporters have agreed to freeze oil production to January levels. This was after Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Venezuela's respective oil ministers held a meeting earlier today in Qatar. However, the agreement will depend on whether or not other major exporters join the pact.
