Rihanna, 27, dropped out of the 58th Grammy Awards at the last minute on Feb.15 after reportedly suffering with bronchitis.
However, she’s let us know how apologetic she is with a tweet to her fans and CBS for ducking out of her performance — just moments before the Grammys started!
“Based on Rihanna’s examination, after Grammy rehearsal today, Rihanna’s doctor put her on vocal rest for 48-hours because she was at risk of hemorrhaging her vocal chords,” a rep for the singer told Us Weekly in an official statement.
Rihanna was expected to sing new song “Kiss Me Better” which features on her ANTI album, the report said.
