Star Wars Production Company Charged For On-Set Injury to Harrison Ford : People.com

British authorities are prosecuting Star Wars: The Force Awakens producers after Harrison Ford broke his left leg while filming in 2014.
The U.K.'s Health and Safety Executive announced Thursday that Foodles Production Ltd, a London-based subsidiary of the Walt Disney Co., will face four charges for the Pinewood Studios incident and is due to appear at the High Wycombe Magistrates Court on May 12.
"HSE has today informed Foodles Production (UK) Ltd that it will be prosecuted over four alleged breaches of health and safety law," a spokesperson said in the press release.
"The charges relate to an incident during filming of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens , which left Harrison Ford with serious injuries after he was hit by a heavy hydraulic door."
