At least 39 dead as Gujarat state transport bus plunges into river - Tv9 Gujarati

Navsari : At least 39 people were killed and 23 injured after a state transport bus in which they were travelling fell from a bridge into a river on Friday. The bus, carrying over 65 passengers, was on its way to Ukai of Tapi district from Navsari. It fell into Purna river after crashing into the iron railing of the bridge, killing nearly 36 people and injuring several others who were admitted to different hospitals in Navsari.
