How To Fix Shutdown Problem in Windows 10 ?

Step 1: Go to Windows start Button ,click that .

Step 2: Click on Settings ,and then click on System ,and then click on Power and sleep ,and then click on Additional Power settings.

Step 3: Click on "Choose what the Power Button Does" .

Step 4: Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable" .

Step 5: Under Shutdown settings ,uncheck the option " Turn On Fast Startup" .

Step 6: Click on Save Changes Button .
