Pakistani Business group Omar Associates purchased the Quetta Gladiators franchise for $11 million. This is the most young team in PSL. Sarfaraz Ahmed, the wicket keeper of Pakistan National Side is the Captain of Quetta Gladiators while Freelance batsman Kevin Peterson is Icon Player for Quetta Gladiators. The team has 7 Foreign Players including Kevin Pietersen, Luke Wright, Elton Chigumbra, Muhammad Nabi, Thisara Perera, Kumar Sangakara and Jade Dernbach. The team announced that West Indies’ legendary cricketer Sir Viv Richards to metor Quetta Gladiators in PSL.
