ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA — A man and woman from opposite sides of the United States got married within seconds of meeting each other after nurturing a year-long relationship that began on Instagram, of all places.

According to the New York Daily News, the two lovebirds met last March after Arte Vann, a New York resident, posted a poem on Instagram with the hashtag #7deadlysins. That was enough for California resident Erica Harris to know that she wanted to get to know this dreamboat poet. Harris commented on his photo, "You had me at lust."

The two established a very public cross-continental relationship through original poetry and videos, using Instagram as their platform.

Ignoring all reason, the two simply followed their hearts and agreed to meet at California's Ontario International Airport last Friday, reported CBS Los Angeles. Minutes after he got off the airplane from New York, Vann got down on one knee and proposed to Harris, who said yes.

Harris' Instagram profile now says that she's married to the "man of her dreams" while Vann calls Harris the "love of his life" on his Instagram account.
