In order to graduate from the fifth grade Jethro needs a certificate of health from a Doctor. The only doctors the Clampetts know of is Dr. Twombly, Mrs. Drysdale's psychiatrist. The doctor gets nowhere with Jethro, but he hears about Jethro's mother Pearl and he wants to meet her, Pearl goes to meet he doctor, but when he tries to get her to lay down on the coach she thinks he's 'testing her virtue'.
