Argentina's Macri Makes his Foreign Policy Clearer

President Mauricio Macri declined to assist to the CELAC summit earlier this week, claiming he was medically unfit to travel to Ecuador. However critics believe this was a deliberate decision. Our correspondent Leonel Poblete reports from Buenos Aires.
