DR Congo authorities ban public gatherings on anniversary of deadly riots

In this edition: France says several suspects in the attack on Burkina Faso's capital are still on the run, Libya's warring factions form a unity government and DR Congo marks one year since deadly protests.
France claims that three suspects from the fatal attack in Ouagadougou last Friday are still on the run. Meanwhile the death toll from the carnage rises to 30 as a French-Moroccan photographer succumbs to her wounds.
Also, after a year and a half of battling between two rival parliaments and cabinets, Libya has a new government amid hopes it will unite the warring factions.
And a year on from a fatal crackdowns on demonstrations in DR Congo, police blockade the entrance of commemorative events.
