'Le doggy bag' comes to French restaurants

Taking leftovers home has long been frowned upon in France but a new law could soon change that. As of January 1, 2016, restaurants that produce more than 10 tonnes of biowaste per year are required to sort their trash or risk a hefty fine, inciting many in the business of haute cuisine to turn to doggy bags to cut food waste.
