I partied with a top Obama hater before the State of the Union

Washington's good at mixing booze and work — and the State of the Union is no exception. Lawmakers frequently have a few before the speech, while many staffers and lobbyists turn the night into a drinking game.So why not get a bit of it on camera, and throw back some bourbon with one of President Obama's biggest haters?Grover Norquist, president of the anti-tax Americans for Tax Reform and a member of the National Rifle Association's executive board, had a few drinks with Mashable to talk about the president, 2016 and his Burning Man adventures.But, Washington being Washington, we also bumped into a former Republican Senate leader who now works at a lobbying firm before we could even wet our lips.
