Alia Bhatt - Cute Shanaya Of Bollywood | Biography

Alia was born in Mumbai, India. Her father is the film director Mahesh Bhatt and her mother is the actress Soni Razdan. Her mother was Muslim and father was Hindu who converted to Islam to marry her mother. According to her parents, Alia and her sister Shaheen were raised as Muslim. On her mom's side, Alia is of Kashmiri and German heritage and on her dad's side, she is of Gujarati descent. She has one half sister Pooja Bhatt, and a half brother Rahul Bhatt. Actor Emraan Hashmi, director Mohit Suri and Vishesh Bhatt are her cousins while producer Mukesh Bhatt is her uncle. Alia graduated from Jamnabai Narsee School IBDP in May 2011.
