Tourists injured in attack on Red Sea resort hotel in Egypt

Two attackers armed with a gun, knife and suicide belt have launched an assault at the entrance to a popular hotel in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Hurghada.

Two tourists were injured during the attack.

Both gunmen have been shot dead by security forces.

An ISIL flag has been recovered from the scene.

The assailants are believed to have arrived by sea.

A German and Danish national are being treated for their wounds.
