CRISPY FRIED FISH

SUPER CRISPY FRIED FISH FILLETS WITH FRIES,KETCHUP AND SPECIALL TAMARIND AND CURRY LEAVES CHATNI
Ingredients for marination:
fish fillets boneless,skinless (baghair hadi or khal k) 1 kg
lemon juice (lemu ka ras) 4 tbsp
salt (namak) 1 tsp
Crush red chili (kuti lal mirch) 1 tsp
crush B pepper (kuti kali mirch) 1 tsp
garlic paste (pisa lehsan) 1tsp
mustard paste 1 tsp
FOR COATING:
plan flour 1 cup (maida)
corn flour 4 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
B.pepper crushed 1 tsp
red chili crushed 1 tsp
garlic pwd 1 tsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
ice cold water to prepare a batter
for extra crispiness :
bread crumbs 1 cup
Crushed corn meal (corn flakes plan chora kr k) 1/2 cup
plan flour again (maida) 1 cup
