A mother living near Mexico City came to find her 4-month-old child had been mauled by rodents.
A mother living near Mexico City came home from a roughly 2 hour outing on Monday night to find a parent’s worst nightmare.
Her 4-month-old child’s body was lifeless, and the face, torso, and hands were bloody, having been aggressively chewed by rodents.
Paramedics got to the home quickly, but after arriving pronounced the baby dead at the scene.
Prior to leaving that night, 18-year-old Lizbeth Jeronima Fuentes Munguia, who neighbors say is a single parent, asked her mother to keep watch over the child.
