ANTIOCH, CALIFORNIA — A video showing two young men hold a boy by his hands and feet while a woman hits went viral this week.

Kamaljot Kaur, a teacher's aide at the Tobinworld School in Antioch, California, was caught on video abusing a 9-year Oakland boy. The 26-year-old aide was arrested after the video went viral.

Antioch police released a statement saying, "After conducting interviews and reviewing the cell phone recording of the incident, officers determined that a felony child abuse had occurred."

The Antioch Unified School District released a statement saying they "have determined that the student at the center of the video is not an AUSD student."

This isn't the first time the Tobinworld 2 school has been accused of abuse. In August of last year, the state of California suspended the school from accepting new students. A lawsuit filed against Tobinworld accused the school of having a "culture of abuse."
