USA: Floods Claim 35 Lives

Thirteen U.S. states have been severely affected by torrential rainfall and flooding, which began last week and have thus far claimed 35 lives. Missouri and Illinois have been the most affected states, and expect flooding to continue into next week. Bianca Perez reports from Washington. teleSUR
