Former Glee star Mark Salling has been arrested on charges of possession of child pornography, The Hollywood Reporter  has confirmed.
The 33-year-old actor, best known as Noah "Puck" Puckerman on the hit Fox show, was taken into custody after the Los Angeles Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a warrant at his home on Sunday.
The actor, who was downgraded  from series regular after season five, continued to reprise his role as bad-boy Puck for its remaining two seasons as a recurring guest star as the musical rebooted itself following the graduation of its original core cast.
The Dallas native - who plays guitar, bass, piano and the drums - was raised in a strict Christian home and attended Providence Christian School and Our Redeemer Lutheran during his elementary schooling.
