GOCOO live @ Main Stage 2009

Every year we like to surprise you with some sort of a show that runs parallel to reggae music and it is in this spirit that this summer we would like to introduce you to Gocoo. This is a Japanese band consisting of eleven powerful percussionists (seven girls and four boys) who play forty traditional Taiko percussions with confidence and ease. The combination of rhythms and ‘groove’ helps reinforce a bond between the Far East and Mother Africa, between primordial beat and the trance of modern dance music. Definitively a unique show in its kind!!
