Chinese Rover Has Discovered A New Form Of Moon Rock

A recent analysis from mission data gathered on the surface of the moon has revealed a form of moon rock that's different from all previous samples.

A new type of moon rock has been discovered by the Chinese Yutu lunar rover. 
The Guardian reports that the rover "explored an ancient flow of volcanic lava and identified mineral composition entirely unlike anything collected by the American astronauts between 1969 and 1972, or by the last Soviet lander in 1976."
