Panama: Supreme Court Orders Martinelli’s Detention

Panama’s Supreme Court has issued an arrest warrant for former President and business tycoon Ricardo Martinelli, who faces investigations on over a dozen corruption charges. The warrant was issued after the Court reviewed accusations of a spy network used by Martinelli’s government against opposition leaders, activists, politicians and civilians.
