Pakistan recognizes Afghanistan's territorial integrity but never respected its state sovereignty. Pakistan always supported proxies and terrorists to divide Afghans along ethnic lines and control it. It still treats Afghanistan as Mullah Omar's Emirate of Afghanistan instead of Democratic Republic of Afghanistan. It, in fact, created a de facto capital for Mullah Omar in Quetta. As long as Pakistan supports terrorism in the region, there can be no peace between Pakistan and Afghanistan - Amrullah Saleh.
