Back to Spain. Back to its future. On December 20th Spain will enter the crossroads of fate. Elections to the Parliament. To the new head of state. Two candidates representing the traditional choices rival each other while facing the uprising of the so-called “nueva política”: two new political forces threatening the two old parties that happened to believe that they were going to be, for ever and ever, the only ones turning their throne in the business. All along the political spectrum, the four political forces as well as the very biased Spanish media are leaving out a legit fifth option: Izquierda Unida. Which, however, could be the surprise for, precisely, having made no appearance in traditional biased media so far and having starred no scandal yet, which happens to be such a rarity these days to what Spanish politics is concerned. teleSUR
