How to International Christmas Cooking: Salpicao

Ingredients:
1. 1 fish fillet "Branquinho" of approximately 200 grams with lemon
(Replace with a river fish)
2. 1 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped chives or parsley
3. 1 tbsp (tablespoons) homemade mayonnaise
4. 1/4 chopped red onion into julienne (thin strips)
5. 1 tbsp (dessert) of grated carrot
6. 1 tbsp (dessert) finely chopped celery
7. 1 tbsp (dessert) black olives
8. 1 tbsp (dessert) of hot peppers
9. Iquiriba
10. Salt and pepper to taste


Method of preparation:
Season the fish with salt, black pepper, half a lemon, olive oil and crushed and sieved Iquiriba. Take the fish to a grid so that it is golden get more flavor. Shred the fish. Start adding the ingredients to a container and mixing them. Finalize adding mayonnaise
