In South Africa there are calls from within the ANC party for President Jacob Zuma to step aside after his flip-flopping over the appointment of a finance minister. Pravin Gordhan is the third man to hold the post in just five days. Also, as thousands of Syrian refugees flee the violence at home and embark on the dangerous journey to Europe, others head to North Africa. We meet some of the families who have sought refuge in Mali.
