Colombia: Concerns Raised Over Promotion of Military Officers

Opposition lawmakers in Colombia have raised concerns over the promotion of 40 military officers, many accused of crimes against humanity, corruption, or ties with drug traffickers. They say such promotions should not proceed until a full investigation has been made.
