In a rare moment, fiercely protective first-time dad Ryan Gosling gushed about his child and the beloved partner helping him through his new world of parenting.
Gosling welcomed his daughter Esmeralda Amada Gosling into the world a year ago in September when his girlfriend, Hollywood actress and model Eva Mendes gave birth.
"This will be our first Christmas where [Esmeralda is] sort of taking it all in, so that's exciting," Gosling said in an interview with Hello!
Canada.
In regard to his stunning partner, Gosling is more than content with the woman in his life.
"I know that I'm with the person I'm supposed to be with," he said.
But, what does it take to nab the accomplished actor's affections?
"That she's Eva Mendes," Gosling said of the one quality he searches for in a woman.
"There's nothing else I'm looking for."
