In a major political upset, Venezuela's right-wing opposition organized in the Democratic Unity Round Table (MUD) won a majority of seats in yesterday's legislative elections. The MUD won 99 seats against 46 for the Patriotic Pole, supporters of Hugo Chavez's Bolivarian Revolution.
