An amusing video has emerged from China of an elderly man proving that hip-hop is not just for the young, by stepping up and dancing during a street performance by a group of professional dancers.

In the footage, captured by a bystander in Sichuan Province last month, the sprightly pensioner joins in the dancing group and happily entertains the audience with his creative moves after he notices another watcher involves himself in the performance briefly.

The hip-hop dancing was organised by a local business as a sales promotion, according to local media.
